As a former IT Director and software consultant I experienced my fair share of stress and related health issues over the years.  After a serious illness I began my personal quest for better health and nutrition, I found the positive results of Acupressure and Reiki, and the amazing benefits have changed me forever. 

 

After completing my Reiki Master Practitioner Certification in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Natural Healing Method in 2009, I launched Serenity in an effort to share the positive benefits of the Acupressure and Reiki experience, with you.  Since then, I've completed my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in November of 2009, and am currently in the process of completing my Acupressure certification with Soul Lightening International.
