"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched.  They must be felt within the heart."  Helen Keller

Acupressure is the Chinese practice of applying hand or finger pressure to specific energetic or conductive points on the body along the energy meridians.
Acupressure regulates and balances  the body's energy system, releases blocked energy stale blood and lymph from the tissues and improves circulation.
Pains, tensions and toxicities in the body are relieved before they manifest as illness making it an excellent preventive modality.  Acupressure addresses
the physcial, emotional and mental experiences/conditions that hold us back from our full health and potential.

Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") is a hands-on Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healling of mind, body and spirit.
Reiki is based on the understanding that humans and all living things have a universal life force energy that flows through them.  Pain and diesase result when
that energy is low or blocked by physical, emotional, or spiritual distresses.

Reiki is composed of two words.  "Rei" means "Higher Power or God's Wisdom," and "ki" is the Japanese term for "life force energy."  So reiki means
"spiritually guided life force energy."  The energy is universal and will enhance, for the hightest good, any aspced of your life.

What Acupressure and Reiki Do for You

Energy bodywork has several basic effects:  it brings about deep relaxation, feelings of peace, serenity and security along with the general sense of well-being
and a more positive outlook.  It destroys energy blockages, releases stress, increases energy levels, detoxifies the system and provides new vitality in the
form of healing universal life energy.

Both Acupressure and Reiki are painless, non-invasive practices that will not interfere with any medical treatment or drug regime prescribed by your doctor.
They are smple, natural and safe methods of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use benefically.  If you are tired, you'll feel overwhelmed, you'll
find a renewed sense of yourself, and these subjective changes will be accompanied by physical changes indicative of deep relaxation such as a slower heart
rate and easier breathing.  Individuals have stated experiencing colors in their mind's eye, feeling as if they are sinking into the table, floating, tingly or swirling
movement throughout their bodies.

You should just lay back, relax and let the experience unforld, and accept what the flow of energy brings you.
